Shipping Times

- Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days

- Rush Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
- United States: We offer free standard shipping on all new orders within the US. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options.
- International: Customers outside the US are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or other local taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Order Processing
We aim to process and fulfill all orders within 1–3 business days. Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Return Shipping
For US customers making a return, we provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once the return request is approved. If you do not see the label in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
Warranty Shipping
For warranty claims:
- US Customers: We may cover the shipping costs to return the original product to Clear Lizard. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the replacement product.
- International Customers: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.
Lost or Missing Packages
